service and implemented this service to KBANK e-Commerce merchant since
September 2, 2004. Verify by Visa not only provides the increased security
in making purchases via the Internet between KBANK e-Commerce merchants
and Visa cardholders, but also protects e-Commerce merchants from any
fraudulent transactions and Visa cardholder disputes.

However, the cardholders making purchase at my website payment must also been registered as Verify by Visa user with their Visa issuer banks.
